Installing

Requirements

	Windows	macOS
System	Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit	Apple Silicon (M1 or newer)

The app itself is small. Models are downloaded from inside the app and range from about 1 GB to tens of GB.

Windows

1. Run the setup .exe.
2. If Windows SmartScreen appears, choose More info → Run anyway (test builds aren't signed yet).
3. Open Zero1LLM from the Start menu.

macOS

1. Open the .dmg and drag Zero1LLM to Applications.
2. Open it. The first time, macOS may block it: go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and press Open Anyway. You only need to do this once.

Updating

Install the new version over the old one. Your chats, models and settings are kept.
