Using the app

Settings

Model settings, web search, appearance.

Open Settings at the bottom of the sidebar.

Model settings

  • Context window: Automatic picks the largest that fits your memory, or choose a size. Each option shows the memory it needs. Changing it reloads the running model.
  • Temperature: lower for focused, repeatable answers; higher for more variety.

Web search

  • Let the AI decide: allow the model to ask for searches while answering (you still approve each one).
  • SearXNG address: optional, if you run your own search server.

Appearance

Light, dark, or follow your system.
